01Who this is between

This agreement is between you and the company operating Attractor. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means the person using the waitlist, whether you joined as a creator or on behalf of a business.

If you are joining for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it. If you are under 18, you may not join.

02What a place on the waitlist is

Joining gives you a member number and a place on the list. Everyone on the list gets early access. Points set the order that access opens in. Between equal points, the earlier member number goes first.

A place is personal to you. You cannot sell it, transfer it, or hold more than one. Where we find duplicate accounts for the same person, we keep the earliest and close the rest.

We do not promise a date. We do not promise that any particular feature described during the waitlist will exist at launch, or will work the way it was described.

03Your reserved name

You can reserve one name. It becomes the address of your public profile when the platform opens, and it does not change afterwards.

We may refuse or reclaim a name that impersonates someone, infringes a trade mark, is offensive, or is held without being used. If we reclaim one we will tell you at the address you joined with and give you a chance to pick another.

04Points

Points are a record of what you completed before launch. They set the order that access opens in, and they convert into subscription and platform credit when it does.

Points are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged between accounts, and cannot be redeemed outside Attractor. If your account closes, the points end with it.

Each task is worth a fixed number, published on the page where you do it. We can change what a future task is worth. We do not take back points you have already earned, except where they came from activity we later find broke section 06.

05Referrals

Your referral link is yours to share. A referral counts once the person confirms their email address and joins the community, not when they click.

Referring yourself does not count, and neither do addresses you control. Buying referrals, posting your link where it has not been asked for, or automating signups will void the referrals and may close your account.

06How you may use the waitlist

Do not:

• give an address, handle or company that is not yours to give
• use scripts, bots or multiple accounts to collect points or referrals
• interfere with the service, or try to reach parts of it you were not given
• post anything unlawful, or anything that harasses another member, in the community channels

We may suspend or close an account that does any of these. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will say what is wrong before we act.

07Your Creator DNA card

The card is generated from what you told us: your member number, your roles or sector, your reserved name, the accounts you connected and the date you joined. You may download it, post it, and use it to say you are on the waitlist.

The Attractor name, mark and the card's design stay ours. Your handle, your company name and your own content stay yours. Posting the card does not give us any right over the account you post it from.

08Following and joining

Some tasks ask you to follow Attractor on X or Instagram, or to join a Discord or WhatsApp community. Those are other companies' services, governed by their own terms, and we do not control them.

We check follows within 24 hours. Unfollowing after a check does not remove the points, but repeatedly following and unfollowing to collect them does.

09Leaving

You can leave at any time by asking us to delete your record, using the address in section 12. Leaving gives up your member number, your reserved name and your points. If you rejoin later you start at the number issued that day.

10What we do not promise

The waitlist is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or lost opportunity arising from using it or from any delay to launch.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11Changes to these terms

We may change these terms while the waitlist is open. The version and date at the top of this page tell you which one is in force. If a change materially affects your place, your points or your name, we will email the address you joined with at least 14 days before it takes effect.

12Law, and reaching us

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Saudi Arabia, nothing here removes rights you have under Saudi law.

01أطراف هذه الاتفاقية

هذه الاتفاقية بينك وبين الشركة المشغّلة لـ Attractor. وتعني "نحن" و"لنا" تلك الشركة. وتعني "أنت" الشخص الذي يستخدم قائمة الانتظار، سواء انضممت بصفتك صانع محتوى أو نيابة عن شركة.

وإذا كنت تنضم نيابة عن شركة، فأنت تقر بأنك مخوّل بالتصرف عنها. وإذا كان عمرك دون 18 عامًا، فلا يجوز لك الانضمام.

02ما يعنيه الحصول على موقع في القائمة

يمنحك الانضمام رقم عضوية وموقعًا في القائمة. ويحصل جميع من في القائمة على وصول مبكر. والنقاط هي ما يحدد ترتيب فتح الوصول. وعند تساوي النقاط، يتقدّم رقم العضوية الأسبق.

والموقع شخصي لك. لا يجوز بيعه أو نقله، ولا الاحتفاظ بأكثر من موقع واحد. وحيثما نجد حسابات مكررة للشخص نفسه، نُبقي الأقدم ونغلق الباقي.

ولا نعد بتاريخ. ولا نعد بأن أي ميزة بعينها ورد وصفها أثناء قائمة الانتظار ستكون موجودة عند الإطلاق، أو أنها ستعمل بالطريقة التي وُصفت بها.

03الاسم المحجوز

يمكنك حجز اسم واحد. ويصبح عنوان ملفك العام عند فتح المنصة، ولا يتغير بعد ذلك.

ويجوز لنا رفض أو استرداد اسم ينتحل شخصية أحد، أو ينتهك علامة تجارية، أو يكون مسيئًا، أو يُحتفظ به دون استخدام. وإذا استرددنا اسمًا فسنخبرك على العنوان الذي انضممت به، ونمنحك فرصة لاختيار غيره.

04النقاط

النقاط سجل لما أنجزته قبل الإطلاق. وهي تحدد ترتيب فتح الوصول، وتتحول إلى رصيد اشتراك ورصيد على المنصة عند حدوث ذلك.

والنقاط ليست أموالًا. لا قيمة نقدية لها، ولا يمكن بيعها أو نقلها أو تبادلها بين الحسابات، ولا استبدالها خارج Attractor. وإذا أُغلق حسابك، تنتهي النقاط معه.

ولكل مهمة عدد ثابت من النقاط، منشور على الصفحة التي تؤديها فيها. ويجوز لنا تغيير قيمة أي مهمة مستقبلية. ولا نسحب نقاطًا سبق أن كسبتها، إلا إذا نتجت عن نشاط تبيّن لنا لاحقًا أنه خالف البند 06.

05الإحالات

رابط الإحالة الخاص بك لك أن تشاركه. وتُحتسب الإحالة عندما يؤكد الشخص عنوان بريده الإلكتروني وينضم إلى المجتمع، لا عند النقر.

وإحالة نفسك لا تُحتسب، وكذلك العناوين التي تسيطر عليها. وشراء الإحالات، أو نشر رابطك حيث لم يُطلب، أو أتمتة التسجيلات، يُلغي الإحالات وقد يؤدي إلى إغلاق حسابك.

06كيف يجوز لك استخدام القائمة

لا تفعل ما يلي:

• تقديم عنوان أو معرّف أو شركة ليست لك
• استخدام النصوص البرمجية أو الروبوتات أو حسابات متعددة لجمع النقاط أو الإحالات
• التدخل في الخدمة، أو محاولة الوصول إلى أجزاء منها لم تُمنح لك
• نشر أي شيء غير قانوني، أو أي شيء يضايق عضوًا آخر، في قنوات المجتمع

ويجوز لنا تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب يقوم بأي مما سبق. وحيثما كانت المخالفة بسيطة وقابلة للتصحيح، سنوضح الخطأ قبل أن نتصرف.

07بطاقة Creator DNA الخاصة بك

تُنشأ البطاقة مما أخبرتنا به: رقم عضويتك، وأدوارك أو قطاعك، واسمك المحجوز، والحسابات التي ربطتها، وتاريخ انضمامك. ويمكنك تنزيلها ونشرها واستخدامها للقول إنك على قائمة الانتظار.

ويبقى اسم Attractor وعلامتها وتصميم البطاقة ملكًا لنا. ويبقى معرّفك واسم شركتك ومحتواك الخاص ملكًا لك. ونشر البطاقة لا يمنحنا أي حق على الحساب الذي تنشرها منه.

08المتابعة والانضمام

تطلب منك بعض المهام متابعة Attractor على X أو Instagram، أو الانضمام إلى مجتمع على Discord أو WhatsApp. وهذه خدمات شركات أخرى، تحكمها شروطها الخاصة، ولا نتحكم فيها.

ونتحقق من المتابعات خلال 24 ساعة. وإلغاء المتابعة بعد التحقق لا يُلغي النقاط، لكن تكرار المتابعة وإلغائها لجمعها يُلغيها.

09المغادرة

يمكنك المغادرة في أي وقت بأن تطلب منا حذف سجلك، باستخدام العنوان الوارد في البند 12. والمغادرة تعني التخلي عن رقم عضويتك واسمك المحجوز ونقاطك. وإذا عدت لاحقًا، تبدأ من الرقم الصادر في ذلك اليوم.

10ما لا نعد به

تُقدَّم قائمة الانتظار كما هي. ولا نعد بأنها ستكون دون انقطاع أو خالية من الأخطاء، ولسنا مسؤولين عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو الأرباح الفائتة أو الفرص الضائعة الناشئة عن استخدامها أو عن أي تأخير في الإطلاق.

ولا شيء هنا يحدّ من مسؤولية لا يجوز الحد منها قانونًا، بما في ذلك الوفاة أو الإصابة الشخصية الناتجة عن الإهمال، أو الاحتيال.

11تغييرات على هذه الشروط

يجوز لنا تغيير هذه الشروط ما دامت قائمة الانتظار مفتوحة. ويوضح الإصدار والتاريخ في أعلى هذه الصفحة أيهما ساري المفعول. وإذا أثّر تغيير تأثيرًا جوهريًا في موقعك أو نقاطك أو اسمك، فسنراسل العنوان الذي انضممت به قبل 14 يومًا على الأقل من سريانه.

12القانون، والتواصل معنا

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم دبي دون غيرها. وإذا كنت مستهلكًا مقيمًا في المملكة العربية السعودية، فلا شيء هنا يسقط حقوقًا لك بموجب النظام السعودي.
