The company operating Attractor is the controller of the information described here. Write to privacy@theattractor.ai with anything on this page. We reply within five working days.

02What we collect, field by field

Everything below is something you typed or chose. None of it is inferred.

Email address

To verify it is you, to send the sign-in code, and to reach you about your place.

Creator or business

Which side of the marketplace you joined as. It decides which questions you are asked.

Survey answers

Creators: your roles, where you publish, an optional link, whether you earn from content today, and the language you want your community in. Businesses: the company name and link, sector, who signs off budget, what you have paid for recently, and the result you are paying for.

Reserved name

The address your public profile will use. It is visible to anyone once the platform opens.

Social handles

The X and Instagram handles you enter, so a follow can be checked and so they can appear on your card.

Community choice

Whether you joined the Discord or the WhatsApp group, so the step can be counted.

Member number and points

Your place in the order and what you completed to get there.

Referral code and counts

Your link, how many people opened it, and how many completed. We do not record who they are against your account.

Marketing consent

Whether you ticked the box for product updates, and when.

We do not ask for your date of birth, your address, your phone number or any payment detail, and there is nothing to pay for on the waitlist.

03What runs on these pages

Two measurement tools run on the waitlist. They are the only things on these pages that call another company's server.

• Meta Pixel. It records that a page was opened and which step of the waitlist you reached, so we can tell which adverts bring people here. What it is sent is the step and whether you joined as a creator or for a business. It is not sent your email address, your reserved name or your answers. It stores an identifier in your browser. It runs on theattractor.ai and nowhere else, and it is switched off on our own admin pages.
• Amplitude. Product analytics: which steps people finish and where they stop. Once you have given us your email address it becomes your identifier there, so your activity on the waitlist is tied to it.

There is no tag manager, no advertising network other than Meta, and no third-party fonts: the typefaces are served from this domain.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it to build a profile of you for advertising anywhere else.

04Where it is kept

Two things are stored in your own browser, and stay there:

• attractor.waitlist.v1, your progress through the steps, so the page knows where you are when you come back
• attractor.lang.v1, whether you chose English or Arabic

These are ordinary browser storage, not cookies, and they are not sent anywhere on their own.

The two tools in section 03 also keep an identifier in your browser: the Meta Pixel sets a cookie on this domain, and Amplitude keeps a device identifier. Clearing your browser data removes all of them, and the waitlist will start you again.

Your record on our side is held on servers in the United Arab Emirates. Meta and Amplitude process what section 03 describes on their own systems, outside the UAE. Where a supplier we use processes information outside the UAE or Saudi Arabia, we put a transfer agreement in place first.

05Why we are allowed to hold it

Your place

To do what you asked us to do: hold a place, reserve a name, count your points.

Product updates

Your consent, given by ticking the box. You can withdraw it in any email we send, or by writing to us. Withdrawing it does not affect your place.

Keeping it fair

Our legitimate interest in preventing duplicate accounts and referral fraud.

06How long we keep it

Until the platform opens and you become a member, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the waitlist closes without launching, we delete everything within 90 days and tell you before we do.

If you ask us to delete your record we act within 30 days. We keep a one-way hash of your email after deletion, for no purpose other than refusing a duplicate rejoin under the same address, and it cannot be turned back into your address.

07Who else sees it

Our email provider, so we can send the sign-in code and any updates you agreed to. Our hosting provider, which stores the record. Both act on our instructions and neither may use it for anything of their own.

Meta and Amplitude receive what section 03 describes, and nothing beyond it. Meta is sent no email address; Amplitude is, because it is the identifier your activity is filed under there.

Discord, WhatsApp, X and Instagram are separate services. Following or joining takes you to them and is governed by their terms. We see the handle you tell us, not your account on their side.

08Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of what we hold
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your record
• stop sending product updates
• stop using it in a particular way, or object to that use

Write to privacy@theattractor.ai. We do not charge, and we do not ask why.

If you are in Saudi Arabia, these rights are set out in the Personal Data Protection Law, and you may complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority. If you are in the UAE, the equivalent is Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

09Children

The waitlist is not for anyone under 18. If we learn that a member is under 18 we delete the record.

10Changes to this notice

The version and date at the top tell you which notice applies. If we start collecting something not listed in section 02, or use it for something not listed in section 05, we will email you before the change takes effect.

Version 1.1, 30 September 2026. Version 1.0 said the waitlist loaded no analytics and no advertising pixel. That stopped being true when the two tools now named in section 03 were added, and sections 03, 04 and 07 have been corrected to describe what actually runs. Nothing about what we collect from you directly has changed.

عنوان البريد الإلكتروني

للتحقق من أنك أنت، ولإرسال رمز تسجيل الدخول، وللتواصل معك بشأن موقعك.

صانع محتوى أم شركة

أي جانب من السوق انضممت إليه. وهو يحدد الأسئلة التي تُطرح عليك.

إجابات الاستبيان

صنّاع المحتوى: أدوارك، وأين تنشر، ورابط اختياري، وما إذا كنت تكسب من المحتوى اليوم، واللغة التي تريد مجتمعك بها. الشركات: اسم الشركة ورابطها، والقطاع، ومن يعتمد الميزانية، وما دفعت مقابله مؤخرًا، والنتيجة التي تدفع من أجلها.

الاسم المحجوز

العنوان الذي سيستخدمه ملفك العام. وهو ظاهر لأي شخص بمجرد فتح المنصة.

معرّفات التواصل الاجتماعي

معرّفا X وInstagram اللذان تدخلهما، ليتسنى التحقق من المتابعة ولتظهر على بطاقتك.

اختيار المجتمع

ما إذا كنت انضممت إلى Discord أو مجموعة WhatsApp، ليُحتسب هذا الإجراء.

رقم العضوية والنقاط

موقعك في الترتيب وما أنجزته للوصول إليه.

رمز الإحالة وأعدادها

رابطك، وكم شخصًا فتحه، وكم منهم أكمل. ولا نسجّل هوياتهم مقابل حسابك.

الموافقة التسويقية

ما إذا كنت قد حددت خانة تحديثات المنتج، ومتى.

ولا نطلب تاريخ ميلادك أو عنوانك أو رقم هاتفك أو أي بيانات دفع، ولا يوجد ما يُدفع مقابله في قائمة الانتظار.

03ما يعمل في هذه الصفحات

تعمل في قائمة الانتظار أداتا قياس، وهما الشيء الوحيد في هذه الصفحات الذي يتصل بخادم شركة أخرى.

• Meta Pixel. يسجّل أن صفحة فُتحت، وأي خطوة من قائمة الانتظار وصلت إليها، لنعرف أي إعلان يجلب الناس إلى هنا. ويُرسل إليه اسم الخطوة، وما إذا كنت انضممت كصانع محتوى أو نيابة عن شركة. ولا يُرسل إليه بريدك الإلكتروني، ولا اسمك المحجوز، ولا إجاباتك. ويخزّن معرّفًا في متصفحك. ويعمل على theattractor.ai دون غيره، وهو متوقف في صفحات الإدارة الخاصة بنا.
• Amplitude. تحليلات المنتج: أي الخطوات يكملها الناس وأين يتوقفون. وبمجرد أن تعطينا بريدك الإلكتروني يصبح هو معرّفك هناك، فيرتبط نشاطك في قائمة الانتظار به.

ولا يوجد مدير وسوم، ولا شبكة إعلانات غير Meta، ولا خطوط من طرف ثالث: الخطوط تُقدَّم من هذا النطاق.

ولا نبيع معلوماتك، ولا نشاركها مع وسطاء البيانات، ولا نستخدمها لبناء ملف عنك لأغراض الإعلان في أي مكان آخر.

04أين تُحفظ

يُخزَّن شيئان في متصفحك أنت، ويبقيان فيه:

• attractor.waitlist.v1، تقدمك عبر الخطوات، لتعرف الصفحة أين وصلت عند عودتك
• attractor.lang.v1، ما إذا كنت اخترت الإنجليزية أو العربية

وهذان تخزين متصفح عادي، لا ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا يُرسلان إلى أي مكان من تلقاء نفسيهما.

كما تحفظ الأداتان المذكورتان في البند 03 معرّفًا في متصفحك: إذ يضع Meta Pixel ملف تعريف ارتباط على هذا النطاق، ويحفظ Amplitude معرّف جهاز. ومسح بيانات متصفحك يزيلها جميعًا، وستبدأ بك قائمة الانتظار من جديد.

ويُحفظ سجلك لدينا على خوادم في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وتعالج Meta وAmplitude ما يوضحه البند 03 على أنظمتهما الخاصة خارج الإمارات. وحيثما عالج مورّد نستعين به معلومات خارج الإمارات أو السعودية، نضع اتفاقية نقل أولًا.

05لماذا يحق لنا الاحتفاظ بها

موقعك

لتنفيذ ما طلبته منا: حفظ موقع، وحجز اسم، واحتساب نقاطك.

تحديثات المنتج

موافقتك، الممنوحة بتحديد الخانة. ويمكنك سحبها في أي رسالة نرسلها، أو بمراسلتنا. وسحبها لا يؤثر في موقعك.

الحفاظ على النزاهة

مصلحتنا المشروعة في منع الحسابات المكررة والاحتيال في الإحالات.

06كم من الوقت نحتفظ بها

حتى تفتح المنصة وتصبح عضوًا، أو حتى تطلب منا حذفها، أيهما أسبق. وإذا أُغلقت قائمة الانتظار دون إطلاق، نحذف كل شيء خلال 90 يومًا ونخبرك قبل ذلك.

وإذا طلبت منا حذف سجلك، نتصرف خلال 30 يومًا. ونحتفظ ببصمة أحادية الاتجاه لبريدك الإلكتروني بعد الحذف، لا لغرض سوى رفض إعادة انضمام مكررة بالعنوان نفسه، ولا يمكن إعادتها إلى عنوانك.

07من يطّلع عليها غيرنا

مزوّد البريد الإلكتروني لدينا، لنتمكن من إرسال رمز تسجيل الدخول وأي تحديثات وافقت عليها. ومزوّد الاستضافة، الذي يخزّن السجل. وكلاهما يتصرف بتعليماتنا، ولا يجوز لأي منهما استخدامها لغرض خاص به.

وتتلقى Meta وAmplitude ما يوضحه البند 03، ولا شيء بعده. ولا يُرسل إلى Meta أي بريد إلكتروني؛ أما Amplitude فيُرسل إليه، لأنه المعرّف الذي يُحفظ نشاطك تحته هناك.

وDiscord وWhatsApp وX وInstagram خدمات منفصلة. والمتابعة أو الانضمام ينقلك إليها وتحكمها شروطها. ونحن نرى المعرّف الذي تخبرنا به، لا حسابك لديها.

08حقوقك

يمكنك أن تطلب منا:

• أن نعطيك نسخة مما نحتفظ به
• أن نصحح أي شيء خاطئ
• أن نحذف سجلك
• أن نتوقف عن إرسال تحديثات المنتج
• أن نتوقف عن استخدامها بطريقة معينة، أو أن تعترض على ذلك الاستخدام

راسلنا على privacy@theattractor.ai. لا نتقاضى رسومًا، ولا نسأل عن السبب.

وإذا كنت في المملكة العربية السعودية، فهذه الحقوق منصوص عليها في نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، ويمكنك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي. وإذا كنت في الإمارات، فالمقابل هو المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021. وإذا كنت في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو المملكة المتحدة، فيمكنك تقديم شكوى إلى سلطتك الرقابية المحلية.

09الأطفال

قائمة الانتظار ليست لمن هم دون 18 عامًا. وإذا علمنا أن عضوًا دون 18 عامًا، نحذف السجل.

10تغييرات على هذا الإشعار

يوضح الإصدار والتاريخ في الأعلى أي إشعار ينطبق. وإذا بدأنا جمع شيء غير مدرج في البند 02، أو استخدمناها لغرض غير مدرج في البند 05، فسنراسلك قبل سريان التغيير.

الإصدار 1.1، 30 سبتمبر 2026. ذكر الإصدار 1.0 أن قائمة الانتظار لا تحمّل أي أدوات تحليلات ولا بكسل إعلانات. ولم يعد ذلك صحيحًا بعد إضافة الأداتين المذكورتين الآن في البند 03، وقد صُحّحت البنود 03 و04 و07 لتصف ما يعمل فعلًا. ولم يتغير شيء فيما نجمعه منك مباشرة.
